Going to the Agency HQ for meetings is always interesting. This time, everyone was beeping. A few times I was ambushed by noise grenades. I don't know what's going on here, but you should know that the field offices feel horribly left out.

It's been a good while since I last signed on, hasn't it? Well, then I should reintroduce myself! I'm Demarco Tosen, Director of the Johannesburg Agency Office. My reincarnate only recently became something of an embarrassment. Never has it been harder to be a vampire. I feel worse for Jasper, with his face splashed all over shirts and notebooks and what have you. Poor man, hardly knows how to handle it.
